Your responsibilities Implement and maintain integration solutions using various protocols and formats, including but not limited to EDIFACT, X12, and XML. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation to ensure the accuracy and functionality of integration processes before deployment. Track carriers' data exchange KPIs and use the insights to proactively identify and implement improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve integration processes, support new product development, resolve technical issues promptly, and ensure smooth communication and data exchange with ocean carriers. Consistently document integration processes, issue resolutions, and workflow changes for easy referencing, training purposes, and knowledge transfer. This makes you our ideal candidate Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with a focus on shipping and logistics. Experience in working with API integration and web services, especially with EDIFACT, X12, and XML formats. Basic understanding and familiarity with AS2 and FTP connections is required. Proficiency in English is a must; German speaking and writing skills at a B2 level suffice.
