Position Summary Join Jet Aviation as a Supervisor, where you will lead and coordinate a skilled team of Electricians and Cabin Installation Technicians. You will ensure the flawless execution of complex aircraft completion projects by managing daily workflows, maintaining the highest quality standards, and fostering collaboration with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers. Your leadership will be key to delivering projects on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Your role Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of up to 18 technicians, creating a collaborative and efficient work environment. Task Management: Assign daily work, monitor progress, and verify that tasks meet Jet Basel’s quality standards. Cross‑Functional Coordination: Liaise with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers to support smooth project execution. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all work aligns with Tier 4, Project Work Breakdown Structure, and Earned Value guidelines. Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the work area; enforce environmental and safety regulations. Issue Escalation: Serve as the primary contact for escalating issues and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders. Resource & Time Management: Evaluate workloads and schedules to optimize team productivity and meet deadlines. Communication & Development: Conduct regular team discussions focusing on contribution, engagement, and development; provide recognition and feedback. Information Flow: Disseminate company and departmental communications downstream; collect and report team feedback upstream.
