About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate LLM Engineer with expertise in NLP, machine learning, and AI to shape the future of medical AI. If you have experience in training large language models, handling medical data, and building scalable MLOps pipelines, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and train large language models using techniques like supervised and reinforcement learning.
- Build and enhance NLP systems for tasks such as information retrieval, classification, and named entity recognition.
- Advance LLMOps processes, including data labeling, engineering, training, and evaluation.
- Contribute to research in BioNLP and reducing hallucinations in language models.
- Write and maintain code in cloud environments using tools like Git, Docker, and programming frameworks.
What You Bring
- Deep understanding of LLMs and specialized NLP systems.
- Proven ability to process and analyze clinical data.
- Strong skills in Python, C++, cloud technologies, and GPU-based computing.
- Proficiency with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and tools such as Hugging Face and SpaCy.
- Excellent communication skills in German, English, and an additional language.
- A background in scientific research, especially related to LLMs.
Location: Based in EU or Switzerland (Occasional Travel to Office in Zurich Required)
