By joining us, you will advance your career while helping us deliver best-in-class reporting solutions across multiple jurisdictions.As a Transaction Reporting Analyst in our Regulatory Reporting team, you will play a vital role in ensuring complete, timely, and accurate reporting across the UK, Europe, Switzerland, Singapore, and Hong Kong. You will leverage your analytical skills and regulatory knowledge to interpret complex requirements and deliver high-impact solutions. Working within a collaborative and diverse team, you will help us navigate significant regulatory changes and drive innovation in our reporting processes. You will be empowered to make informed decisions, challenge the status quo, and contribute to the success of our global business.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve issues or queries across our inventory of regulatory reportsInterpret and transform regulations into clear business requirement documentsApply reporting rules to specific business activities, ensuring compliance and accuracyCollaborate with upstream business teams to deliver complete, timely, and accurate data to global regulatorsPartner with teams in Edinburgh, Geneva, and Bangalore, and work closely with Compliance, Controls, Projects, and Governance stakeholdersAnalyze large data sets to identify trends, generate insights, and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholdersCritically review and challenge interpretations and applications of transaction reporting regulationsPrioritize and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environmentCommunicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiencesFoster strong relationships and collaborate across global stakeholder groupsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience in transaction or regulatory reporting, with a strong understanding of EMIR, MIFID II, FMIA, or similar regulationsProven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailAbility to work independently and demonstrate resilience in the face of challengesSkilled in managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressureProficiency in analyzing large data sets and generating actionable insightsExcellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teamsAbility to articulate complex concepts to varied audiencesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience delivering regulatory change initiativesKnowledge of equity and complex derivative investment productsFamiliarity with global transaction reporting regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience working in a collaborative, in-person office environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
