Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/r dynamischen, agilen und proaktiven Communications Manager (m/w/d), der/die das Vertrauen von Führungskräften gewinnen, Veränderungen vorantreiben und überzeugende Geschichten schreiben kann, die bei unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen Anklang finden. Mit einer nachweislichen Erfolgsbilanz in der Unternehmenskommunikation und der Fähigkeit, zu inspirieren und zu engagieren, spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gestaltung der Erzählungen und Kommunikationsinitiativen von Manor.

Deine Verantwortung

  • Sei die Stimme von Manor: Du handelst als vertrauenswürdiger Mediensprecher und repräsentierst Manor in Interviews, öffentlichen Auftritten und Präsentationen. Du baust enge Beziehungen zu Journalisten und Medien auf, um eine wirkungsvolle Berichterstattung über die Leistungen und Geschäftsaktivitäten von Manor sicherzustellen.
  • Treibe strategisches Messaging voran: Du entwickelst und führst Kommunikationsinitiativen und -projekte durch, die die Vision und Ziele von Manor für Mitarbeiter und externe Zielgruppen erlebbar machen. Du identifizierst und artikulierst die geschäftlichen und kommerziellen Erfolgsgeschichten von Manor, die die Führungsrolle des Unternehmens im Omnichannel-Einzelhandel unterstreichen und bei den Stakeholdern Anklang finden.
  • Binde Mitarbeiter ein und inspiriere sie: Du entwickelst und setzt Kommunikationspläne über verschiedene Plattformen um, um das Engagement der Mitarbeiter zu fördern, ihre Verbundenheit mit dem Unternehmen zu stärken und sie mit der Mission und den Werten von Manor in Einklang zu bringen.
  • Arbeite zusammen, um Einfluss zu nehmen: Du arbeitest funktionsübergreifend, um konsistente und überzeugende Botschaften zu erstellen, die mit den Zielen von Manor übereinstimmen. Gleichzeitig beeinflusst du andere, um wirkungsvolle Veränderungen voranzutreiben.
  • Nutze Daten für deine Wirkung: Du misst und analysierst den Erfolg von Kommunikationsinitiativen und optimierst kontinuierlich deine Strategien, um das Engagement und die Effektivität zu maximieren.

Dein Profil

  • Ausgewiesene Expertin mit Führungsqualitäten: Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Kommunikationsfunktion und bringst nachgewiesene Expertise als Mediensprecher mit. Erfahrung in der Lifestyle-PR und/oder in einer Agentur ist ein Plus.
  • Strategisch und praktisch veranlagt: Du denkst strategisch und handelst gleichzeitig effektiv in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld.
  • Belastbar und anpassungsfähig: Du bist belastbar, setzt klare Prioritäten und handelst mit unternehmerischem denken.
  • Außergewöhnlicher Kommunikator: Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sowie exzellente Schreibfähigkeiten, um ansprechende und wirkungsvolle Inhalte zu erstellen.
  • Digitales Geschick: Du beherrschst digitale Plattformen und nutzt sie gezielt für eine wirkungsvolle Kommunikation.
  • Kooperativer Partner: Du hast die Fähigkeit, mit klaren und überzeugenden Botschaften zu beraten, zu inspirieren und verschiedene Stakeholder, einschließlich leitender Angestellter, wirkungsvoll einzubinden.

Die Manor AG mit Hauptsitz in Basel ist Schweizer Marktführerin im Sektor Warenhäuser mit einem Marktanteil von rund 60 Prozent. Insgesamt beschäftigt das Unternehmen rund 7'500 Mitarbeitende und bildet jährlich ca. 250 Lernende aus. Die Manor AG betreibt 59 Warenhäuser, 27 Manor Food Märkte und 25 Manora Restaurants sowie 3 Verteilzentralen.
