Client Advisor, HK/China Team, APAC Switzerland WM in Zurich UBS is inviting applications for the client advisor position located in Zurich, Switzerland, focusing on the Hong Kong and China markets. Your role We’re looking for a Wealth Management Client Advisor in Zurich covering both Hong Kong and China markets. Your key responsibilities are: Build, establish and grow client relationships Provide trusted advice to clients in collaboration with colleagues from investment products and solutions teams Develop the client book with measurable outcomes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client investor profiles Take a strategic view of clients’ investments and closely monitor portfolio quality Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and standards in alignment with our risk management culture Qualifications Proven 8‑10 years of experience and track record in wealth management from leading private banks, covering both the Hong Kong and China markets. Highly competent Mandarin and Cantonese language skills (ideally native level) in sophisticated and complex financial advisory context. Extensive network of Hong Kong and Chinese entrepreneurs, business owners, U/HNWIs and Next‑Gen clients in high‑growth industries such as technology, healthcare, pharma, venture capital, etc. Exclusive connections to art collectors with art advisory experience would be highly regarded. Knowledge and experience collaborating with Global Banking, Global Markets, Investment Banking and Asset Management for Wealth Management to strategize UBS's One Bank solution. Firm grasp of financial markets and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong and China. Business management experience with enhanced risk management and process knowledge in Wealth Management is a plus. Cultural competence in understanding the values and investment interests of Hong Kong and China market clients banking with UBS in Switzerland.
