The Payment Processing Team provides front-to-back payment execution support for all incoming, outgoing, and periodic payment orders. The Team ensures that all transactions are booked in a timely manner, adhering to internal and external regulations, and intervenes in case of issues.

There is a strong emphasis on knowledge and expertise related to wire transfers, requiring all team members to collaborate and communicate effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage transaction bookings mainly related to outgoing and incoming wire transfers, periodic payment standing orders, and LSV payments.
  2. Perform controls and validations based on the 4-eyes principle on payment transactions manually handled by the team.
  3. Manage requests received from the front related to the issuance or collection of bank cheques.
  4. Provide operational support to private banking personnel and foreign entities.
  5. Handle incoming queries from private banking and other internal teams located in Switzerland or abroad, such as other Operations Departments, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Controllers.
  6. Perform periodic cash reconciliations on bank accounts.

Skills and Experience

  1. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  2. Strong communication skills and a good partnership orientation.
  3. Focus on finding practical and suitable solutions with particular attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Good knowledge and experience of payment rules and market practices.
  5. Excellent English language skills; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage.
