It is part of SCHOTT AG, which is owned by the Carl Zeiss Foundation.Your ContributionYou drive inspection-specific projects from the idea all the way to installation and qualification by leading cross-functional project teamsYou are responsible for project planning, execution and ensure that the project fulfils its scope and meets quality, delivery and cost targetsYou guide the project teams through our stage gate process and ensure successful milestone preparationYou identify project risks or issues and present possible countermeasures to the steering committee to drive decisionsYou drive innovation and secure the intellectual property of new technologiesYour ProfileUniversity degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, etc.)3+ years of project management experience with technology development of industrial imaging or medical devicesExperience working with multidisciplinary project teams in complex organizations and ability to motivate and guide team membersExperience in industrial metrology, image processing, and optical systems analysisKnowledge of CE marking, FMEA, GMP, and technical documentationFamiliarity with software development using SCRUM methodologyFluent in English (written and spoken) and in German (written and spoken)Excellent communication and presentation skillsCapability to master the big picture but also technical details when required with a structured working style and ability to prioritizeSCHOTT’s openness to promote your further development is just as great as our additional benefits.
