MY CLIENT A well-established Microsoft-focused consulting organisation in Switzerland, supporting customers with the design and delivery of modern Customer Engagement (CE) and CRM solutions. They work with organisations of varying sizes to modernise sales and customer-facing processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, helping customers become more efficient, customer‑centric, and data‑driven. What differentiates them: Strong delivery focus with ownership across the full project lifecycle Long‑term customer relationships rather than short‑term engagements High standards for project governance, quality, and delivery Genuine investment in people, training, and professional development A collaborative culture with flat hierarchies and clear decision‑making THE ROLE As a Senior Project Manager / Consultant CE / CRM, you will lead customer engagement and CRM transformation initiatives from initial discovery through to go‑live and handover. You will take responsibility for both delivery and customer advisory, acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders across business and IT. Your responsibilities include: Leading CE / CRM digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Owning project and program management, including scope, budget, resources, timelines, and quality Coordinating internal teams and external partner companies in complex engagements Advising customers on CRM processes, sales organisations, and customer engagement strategies Applying best practices and real‑world use cases to deliver scalable solutions Communicating confidently with stakeholders from operational teams to executive management Supporting presales activities with delivery and domain expertise THE CANDIDATE You are an experienced consultant or project manager with a strong background in CRM and customer engagement solutions, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem. You bring: 5–10 years of experience in IT project management and/or consulting Proven experience delivering CE / CRM projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service) Excellent stakeholder and expectation management skills A hands‑on, pragmatic working style with a strong sense of ownership Clear and confident communication skills at all levels A customer‑first mindset focused on delivering business value Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) High motivation, curiosity, and interest in new technologies NICE TO HAVE (NOT ESSENTIAL) Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform Exposure to large‑scale or multi‑vendor transformation programs Project management or Microsoft certifications Experience in regulated or enterprise environments SALARY PACKAGE: €100-140,000 + benefits WHY SHOULD YOU BE KEEN ON THIS ROLE?
