This role covers a wide range of tasks, calling for a versatile generalist eager to handle various operational and conceptual responsibilities.

Your tasks:

Account & Client Data Management:

  1. Handle account openings, verification, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  2. Monitor account status, perform client data updates, and maintain comprehensive records.
  3. Provide essential correspondence upon request, maintaining meticulous document archives.

Customer Service:

  1. Support across E-Banking, internal Website, and Debit/Credit Cards for seamless customer experiences.
  2. Administer user verifications and manage Debit/Credit Cards efficiently.

Back Office:

  1. Process and coordinate outgoing and incoming payments.
  2. Execute cash management orders.
  3. Manage loans, credit lines, and pledges, including setup, lifecycle handling, and processing supporting documentation.
  4. Investigate reconciliation items, troubleshoot if necessary.
  5. Contribute to enhancement projects.
  6. Occasional reception duties and serve as a pivotal contact for queries.

Your profile:

  1. Advanced proficiency in banking systems and data management.
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  3. Fluency in English and Spanish; German is an advantage.
  4. Knowledge and experience using Finnova is an asset.
  5. Ability to handle diverse tasks and be an adaptable all-rounder in a dynamic work environment.
  6. Motivated and willing to join a dynamic and ambitious team.
