Senior Consultant for ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM, Zürich

Responsibilities:- Experience in D365 ERP implementation projects with a focus on SCM
- Experience in Production, Warehouse Management and/or MRP
- Strong client engagement and presentation skills
- Excellent business acumen and performance track record
- Effective management of customer expectations
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Consultative and collaborative
- Resilient, adaptable, and flexible
- Intellectually curious about technology
- Convincing storyteller and engaging content creator
- Translate business processes into logical and technical D365 ERP models for SCM
- Lead workshops to identify and design solutions for application and process gaps
- Write functional specifications and ensure clear communication with the technical team
- Evaluate and document business process decompositions and requirements
- Support system testing and transition solutions to support teams
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and deliver end-user training
