Job Overview Provide leadership and support in developing and implementing Information and Operations Technology (IS/IT/OT) security solutions in response to business requirements that include network, cyber, and physical security technologies, policies, plans, processes and procedures, tools, and systems. Main Responsibilities Support the Information Security Manager with assessing the existing cybersecurity program’s effectiveness, including identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the infrastructure installation, applications and application services, critical utilities, and communication technologies. Suggest additional security requirements and programs for the organisation. Analyze and evaluate network, subsystems, components, controls and security criteria for vulnerabilities and weaknesses. Analyze, monitor, maintain and fine‑tune existing network, subsystems, components, controls and security infrastructure: Endpoint Security, Next Generation Firewall, Microsoft 365 planning and integration as well as AD infrastructure updates, and troubleshooting of AD issues. Serve as a Project Manager when cybersecurity projects are implemented. In cooperation with an external SOC organization, monitor and manage the overall security posture using appropriate tools and technologies. Together with the Information Security Manager, develop specific Contingency Plans (CPs) that define and describe actions that must be taken to protect network assets from damage in the event of a disaster or emergency. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years experience in relevant business and technology areas. Proven experience as a Computer Security Specialist or Engineer. In‑depth understanding of vulnerabilities management systems and typical security applications. Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. NIST Cybersecurity framework) and risk management methodologies. Proven experience with network security components such as Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Protection (IDS/IPS) systems and tools. Excellent understanding of security requirements and implementation approaches for IT and OT infrastructures and information systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and able to interact and communicate with business and engineering staff, and members of senior management. BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with public‑key infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic protocols (e.g. SSL/TLS). Experience in driving or supporting an ISO 2700x certification roadmap is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with IT and operational stakeholders and build consensus around key initiatives and projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; able to articulate ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Demonstrated experience in facilitating processes and decisions with cross‑functional stakeholders. Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP) is a plus.
