Regulatory Coordinator

In this role based at our Meyrin site, you will be accountable for activities related to the collection and management of documents needed to ascertain and record regulatory status linked to activities performed by the Laboratory both locally and globally. You will be accountable to Testing Enablement management, to ensure completion of regulatory coordination.

• Document Management - Assist with creating, sourcing, compiling, and maintaining essential records and documents required to ascertain regulatory status of activities performed/equipment used by Laboratory Testing groups.

• Be responsible for global/local communication with Laboratory Operations and other departments such as but not limited to Project Management, Medical Affairs and Quality Assurance on all topics related to Regulatory Coordination.

• Be responsible for policies, procedures and maintenance required for TELG (Testing Enablement Lab General).

• Liaise with departmental level Liaisons as needed.

• Based on business need, support the other positions of the group upon request.

• Be responsible for maintaining your complete up-to-date training file, ensuring you are trained and training is documented prior to performing a task.

• Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity.

• Provide a monthly report to the TELG management.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Potential exposure to hazardous chemicals.

Regulatory Associate are the most successful at Labcorp with:

• Bachelor of Science degree with (1) year experience in Regulatory Coordination/similar applicable role or High school diploma with (3) years’ experience in Regulatory Coordination/similar applicable role.

• Fluency in French and intermediate level in English.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook.

• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

• Attention to detail.
