Wir suchen einen visionären Director Quality, der die gesamte Qualitätsabteilung an einem sterilen Produktionsstandort leitet. Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung, gestalten Sie effiziente und klare QMS-Prozesse und schaffen Sie eine Kultur der Verbindlichkeit und Kompetenz.

  • Gesamtverantwortung für alle QA- und QC-Aktivitäten am Standort.
  • Sicherstellung der GMP-Compliance in allen Prozessen und Produktkategorien.
  • Aufrechterhaltung der FDA-Compliance im sterilen Herstellumfeld.
  • Leitung des Effizienzprogramms für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen in der QA.
  • Definition, Überwachung und Steuerung des Erfolgs mittels KPIs sowie Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Teams.
  • Hochschulabschluss in Naturwissenschaften.
  • 10+ Jahre Erfahrung in der QA an einem pharmazeutischen Produktionsstandort.
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von GMP-QM-Systemen.
  • Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung mit Verantwortung für Teams von 50+ Mitarbeitern und mehreren Managementebenen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und sichere Englischkenntnisse.
  • Erfolgreiche Einführung neuer QA-Prozesse und Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Veränderungen in Abteilungen. Kenntnisse in der Sterilfertigung für den US-Markt sind ein Plus. Internationale Erfahrung ist wünschenswert.
