You are passionate about this field:

  1. You are actively participating as a trader in the European intraday-markets.
  2. Pursuing existing trading strategies, developing new approaches and implementing them is part of your daily business.
  3. You are helping us to make sure that BKW is successfully expanding its activities within Europe and developing new revenue streams.
  4. These activities are executed within a team of 12 people organized continuously 24/7 and taking up both trading and optimization activities for our flexibility portfolios.

We're impressed by your expertise:

  1. A technical or economical higher education degree is a prerequisite for this position.
  2. You have professional experience in energy or trading, focusing particularly on the Benelux and/or Denmark regions.
  3. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills in German are beneficial.
  4. Excellent analytical skills are a key requirement for this position.
  5. Experience in coding languages, such as Python, is considered a plus for this role.
  6. The ability to adapt, remain flexible, and work effectively under pressure is crucial.
  7. Prospective team members should express a willingness to participate in the team's 24/7 trading shift scheme.
