Nous recrutons un Functional Business Analyst pour rejoindre l'équipe Data & Analytics de notre client.Vous interviendrez dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel, au cœur des enjeux stratégiques liés à la donnée et à la performance du business. Notre client est une société internationale basée à Genève Missions Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers en matière de reporting et d'analyse de données Traduire ces besoins en spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques pour les équipes de développeurs et Data Participer à la conception et à l'optimisation des modèles de données Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et la fiabilité des données utilisées dans les analyses Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes IT et les métiers (finance, opérations, ventes, etc.) Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus décisionnels liés à la donnée Profil du candidat Formation supérieure en informatique, business intelligence ou équivalent 3 à 7 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst ou équivalent Excellente compréhension des processus métiers et forte capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs non techniques Connaissance de PowerBI Esprit analytique, sens du détail et capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques Aisance relationnelle, communication claire et structurée Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) Conditions et Avantages Environnement international #J-18808-Ljbffr
