How you can make an impact

You will collaborate with subject matter experts across various fields to deliver holistic, creative and pragmatic solutions to our clients. Your role will be key in navigating complex legal matters and ensuring seamless execution.

  1. Conduct legal research and provide legal advice primarily in the areas of corporate law, M&A and finance transactions, financial and capital market laws as well as contract, commercial.
  2. Draft and negotiate contracts, incorporate and unwind legal entities, and support strategic decision-making on a broad range of legal topics.
  3. Work closely with our tax, consulting, and transaction advisors, as well as auditors, to deliver holistic, creative and pragmatic advice to our clients.

Who we are looking for
  1. You have successfully completed your master’s degree in Swiss law and are ideally admitted to the bar in Switzerland (Attorney-at-law).
  2. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with clients and colleagues across different service lines and jurisdictions.
  3. You are eager to grow, challenge the status quo, and take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to your work.
  4. You communicate confidently in German and English. Any additional language would be an advantage.
