The Opportunity Join our Mission Critical Telecommunication team at Hitachi Energy and play a key role in delivering secure, reliable, and innovative telecom solutions for critical infrastructure. How You’ll Make An Impact Lead mission‑critical telecommunications and automation projects while prioritizing safety, security, and innovation. Design and implement customized hardware and software solutions aligned with customer specifications. Provide technical expertise to support sales teams in securing new business opportunities. Collaborate with clients and contractors to develop and execute optimized technical solutions. Manage and maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline; specialization in telecom networks is preferred. Ideally, a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in telecommunications, particularly with mission-critical systems. Exceptionally motivated recent graduates are also encouraged to apply. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with IT and engineering teams. Working knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, both wired and wireless packet‑switched networks, alongside familiarity with cybersecurity best practices. Knowledge of relevant industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or IEC 62443 is considered an asset.
