• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications, including answering office actions and contributing to oral proceedings before the Examining Divisions of the EPO
• Preparing opposition and appeal briefs, drafting legal opinions, and counseling internal personnel regarding IP matters
• Providing support to IP Counsels and Head IP in day-to-day patent matters
• Continuous further education on IP matters to assure quality and up-to-date knowledge on laws and procedures

• MSc or BSc in Chemistry, Material Sciences or similar education
• Fluency in English, German preferred
• Interest in the interdisciplinary intersection of innovation, technology, and law
• Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented working style
• Strong willingness and ability to learn and adapt
