2025 Off-cycle Internship – Brand Activation, Sponsorship

We're looking for strong team players to join our 2025 Internship Program within Communications and Branding.
You'll get to:
- support our contemporary art sponsorship programs and event planning
- help us with brand activation and communications on the topic of art
- connect with our internal and external stakeholders
- closely collaborate and support our various stakeholders with our digital presence and social media channels for art
- support the team in business management of the art sponsorship portfolio including implementation of measurement framework
You'll be working in the International Culture Brand Activation, Sponsorship and Events team in Zurich. We manage art partnerships and programs around the world designed to meet the firm's business and brand objectives. We are a highly skilled, international and dynamic team who work on a global scale and across a multitude of platforms.
Your expertiseWe're looking for a candidate who:
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- has a solution-oriented mindset
- is a self-starter, innovative person
- is proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
But we'd like to also see evidence that you can:
- analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
- make things happen
- stick with a task
- work in a team
- come up with ideas

Your programThis paid internship will last 6-12 months. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
