We’re looking for a (Senior) Consultant with a passion for AI, automation, and business analysis to join our client’s mission. Here, you'll empower clients with data-driven insights, helping them make smarter decisions, optimize strategies, and boost business performance.


Your Role
As a trusted advisor and innovator for this large scale enterprise, you will:

  1. Support clients with projects in data strategy, architecture, analysis, visualization, automation, governance, and AI.
  2. Plan and execute workshops, interviews, and co-creation sessions to uncover client needs.
  3. Analyze, document, and define data, AI, and automation requirements, ensuring clarity and precision.
  4. Develop business cases, user interfaces (wireframes/mockups), and strategies to deliver actionable insights.
  5. Translate technical and business analysis into system and interface requirements.
  6. Lead the development and validation of use cases, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment.

Your Expertise
We’re looking for candidates who bring:

  1. Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  2. A strong academic background in Business, IT, or related fields.
  3. 1-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or requirements engineering.
  4. Knowledge of data, analytics, and automation (e.g., Data Engineering, AI, Advanced Analytics, or Process Automation).
  5. Hands-on programming experience (e.g., Python).
  6. Familiarity with project methodologies (Hermes, SCRUM, SAFe), modeling tools, and frameworks (e.g., DevOps, MLOps, BPMN).
  7. A customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. A collaborative team player who thrives in an inclusive environment.

Bonus: Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., IREB, CBAP/CCBA) or practical experience with tools like UiPath/Power Apps.
