Development Engineer RFID vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Pharma sector. Your tasks : Manage the entire lifecycle of RFID software development projects, including project planning, architecture design, software development, and testing. Conduct rigorous testing of RFID labels and evaluate RFID Reader Hardware. Perform root cause analysis for issues and continuously optimise processes. Expand and maintain a network to the main stakeholders and suppliers. Create know-how documents and coach team members in RFID implementation. Your experience / knowledge : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field is preferred, or a technical or IT-related professional training with relevant work experience. First experience with software development for medical devices and secure coding is a plus. Profound knowledge of programming languages and build pipelines for different operating systems. Language skills : English Your soft skills : Strong technical autonomy. Proactive problem management. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
