Platform Engineer

Are you driven by the challenge of supporting and optimizing IT infrastructure to empower businesses in the digital age? We’re seeking a motivated individual to join a team committed to enabling companies to excel through modern IT solutions.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage IT infrastructure solutions for SME customers, both remotely and on-site.
- Deliver 1st and 2nd level support to customers, ensuring seamless service.
- Advise SME customers on enhancing and streamlining their digital work environments.
- Collaborate on complex IT projects with experienced ICT Project Managers and Solution Architects.
- Maintain and optimize customer solutions post-project completion.
- Work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies, especially in cloud computing within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Completed training in computer science (e.g., EFZ specialization in platform development, ICT specialist EFZ) or equivalent; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Experience with or eagerness to learn cloud computing, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune/Autopilot, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft client/server infrastructures, networks, and backup solutions.
- Some experience in external IT services and customer support is advantageous.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives independently, demonstrates precision, and is service-oriented.
- A communicative team player with excellent German.
