How will you shape our tomorrow
You will spearhead transformational and globally scaled programs across our 44+ operating companies in the supply chain transportation domain. Your leadership will be pivotal in designing and implementing cross-country initiatives that significantly impact our strategic supply chain goals. By driving these large-scale programs, you will redefine operational practices within our local operating companies, delivering substantial improvements and elevating our global transportation network.

In this role you will:

  1. Lead the development and execution of global transportation programs that improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality across our growing portfolios of Operating Companies.
  2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across various regions to ensure seamless integration of programs into local operations while aligning with global strategies.
  3. Drive change management efforts, fostering innovation and building capabilities within teams to support sustainable transformation.
  4. Identify and scale-up best practices and processes across countries, enhancing collaboration and operational excellence.
  5. Monitor and report on program progress, ensuring objectives are met and delivering measurable impact on our supply chain strategy.

What success looks like
• Fully implemented performance reporting infrastructure for delivery quality, speed, and cost across all major OpCos,
• Significant improvements in transportation metrics, including increased stops per route and decreased cost per stop,
• Lean methodologies adopted throughout the transportation network, with measurable efficiency gains,
• Standardized global practices for route optimization and driver training, driving consistent performance,
• Regular management reviews with top OpCos, ensuring continuous performance improvements.

The experience you bring
• Strategic Supply Chain Leadership: Extensive experience in steering end-to-end supply chain operations within dynamic, global environments. Proven ability to deliver operational excellence while driving innovation in high-growth and complex organizations.
• Transformational Supplier Collaboration: Demonstrated expertise in forging and optimizing strategic supplier relationships, driving mutual growth, and achieving breakthrough improvements in service levels and cost efficiency.
• Program Leadership in Complex Settings: Strong track record of leading multi-regional, matrixed programs to successful outcomes. Skilled at navigating organizational complexity to deliver transformative solutions with measurable impact.
• Data-Driven Decision Making and Operational Excellence: Proficiency in developing and implementing performance measurement frameworks and leveraging advanced analytics to inform strategy, optimize processes, and unlock efficiencies. Experienced in embedding Lean and continuous improvement methodologies into operational workflows.
• Inclusive and Results-Driven Leadership: Accomplished in managing diverse, cross-functional teams across global locations. Adept at fostering a collaborative and accountable culture that delivers results and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.
