Aufgaben Beraten Sie unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden bei ihren strategischen M&A-Transaktionen. Von Tag eins an Erbringung Due‑Diligence‑Dienstleistungen, Verantwortung für schnelllebige, intellektuell herausfordernde Arbeit. Arbeiten Sie mit Deal Advisory‑Kollegen und anderen Teams zusammen, um wichtigen Erkenntnisse für strategische Investitions‑ und Desinvestitionsentscheidungen zu liefern. Unterstützung bei Sell‑Side‑ und Buy‑Side‑Due‑Diligence‑ sowie Vendor‑Assistenzprojekten für internationale und Schweizer Kunden. Erfassung und Analyse von Zielunternehmen‑Daten in Bezug auf wichtige Deal‑Kennzahlen wie nachhaltiges EBITDA, Nettoumlaufvermögen und zukünftige Cashflows, Identifizierung von wichtigen Werttreibern; Nutzung der Datenanalysetools unseres Deal‑Tech‑Teams. Präsentieren Sie quantitative Analysen prägnant, begleitet von qualitativen Kommentaren in professionellen Kundenberichten. Verantwortung übernehmen in herausforderndem Umfeld, Interaktion mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, inklusive Anwälten und Investmentbankern. Qualifikationen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Volkswirtschaft, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen und Rechnungswesen. Starke Buchhaltungskenntnisse sowie analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Lernbereitschaft. Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in Finanzbuchhaltung, Mergers & Acquisitions, Abschlussprüfung oder Controlling. Keine Scheu, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, kommunikativ und teamorientiert, belastbar, Flexibilität im Druck.
