Bureau Veritas is looking for an Electrical Inspector for Switzerland Arealocated in Zurich area.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting inspections and factory acceptance tests on various electrical equipment, including Gas Insulated Switchgear, Generator Circuit Breaker, Uninterruptible Power Supply systems, Battery Chargers, and Hardware fittings and insulators;
  2. Performing final inspections in accordance with project requirements and applicable industry standards to ensure the quality and compliance of the electrical equipment;
  3. Creating detailed and high-quality inspection reports;
  4. Reviewing final documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Experience & Skills Required:

  1. Professional background in Electrical Engineering;
  2. Demonstrated experience in 2nd and 3rd party inspections;
  3. Aramco qualified or SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) approved would be an advantage;
  4. Fluent in English, the ability to work in German and/or French would be an advantage;
  5. Swiss nationality or Swiss work permit mandatory.
