For our SAP S/4 HANA transformation project, we are looking to strengthen our team. Digitalization is changing the way we work together as HOLY FASHION GROUP today and in the future. The enterprise resource planning platform SAP S/4 HANA is the basis for intelligent processes and innovation on the way to becoming a data-driven/platform-based fashion company. We would like to start and shape this transformation process together with you.

SAP is your passion. As part of our SAP Competence Center, you will accompany us in our SAP S/4 HANA transformation project as a Business Partner for Sales and Logistics Executions.

Your tasks:
  1. Management of the SAP SD/LE team with 4 employees.
  2. Analysis, digitalization, and, if necessary, restructuring of existing SAP processes.
  3. Adaptation of existing processes into the future SAP S/4 HANA application.
  4. Coordination, conception, and implementation of functional requirements.
  5. Planning and execution of key user trainings, support, and preparation of user trainings.
  6. Setup and execution of IT relevant software tests, including their documentation.

Until the final replacement of our productive SAP AFS system, you will ensure software functionality in day-to-day business and troubleshoot operational issues.

Required experience and skills:
  1. A successfully completed degree in the field of computer science/business informatics or business administration.
  2. At least 5 years of professional experience as an in-house SAP SD/LE consultant or corresponding experience as a business partner for the areas of Sales and/or Logistics.
  3. Profound SAP SD/LE knowledge, ideally in the S/4 HANA environment.
  4. Good command of English.
  5. Structured and goal-oriented work as well as ability to work under pressure and own initiative.
  6. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit.
  7. Ability to present complex issues in a simple manner.
