Freelance Architect

Freelance Architect role at Twine. This role involves preparing detailed architectural drawings and documentation for warehouse buildings in Switzerland, specifically for building permit applications and conversions (Umnutzungen). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Swiss building regulations and experience producing permit-ready plans. While most work can be completed remotely, occasional on-site or hybrid visits to Brig, Switzerland may be required. You will receive reference photos and layouts of similar warehouses to guide your work. This is a project-based opportunity with the potential for ongoing collaboration on future construction and renovation projects.
