Founded by real estate asset owners, we’re re‑imagining how property owners, tenants, and managers interact. Our goal is simple: run property operations faster, smarter, and at a fraction of today’s cost. Powered by clean architecture, AI automation, and modern design. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take full ownership of Casae’s Property Management System (PMS): the operational backbone of our platform. You’ll join as one of the earliest team members, working directly with the Head of Product and technical advisors to design, build, and scale the system from the ground up. Our goal is to launch our MVP within 2–3 months, followed by rapid iteration and expansion across Switzerland and Germany. You’ll be building at pace with a small, focused, and ambitious founding team, and have the opportunity to shape both the product and the company’s future direction. What you’ll do Design and implement Casae’s PMS architecture, database schema, and API ecosystem. Build and maintain clean, modular code across the full stack (TypeScript/Node.js, React, PostgreSQL/Supabase). Integrate the PMS with Conduit (our AI‑powered communication layer) and external APIs (payments, e‑signatures, document storage). Implement role‑based access control, secure data handling, and compliance with GDPR/revDSG. Collaborate closely with product and design to translate real‑world property workflows into reliable digital systems. Contribute to long‑term technical decisions and team growth. Who you are A self‑starter and motivated builder who thrives in early‑stage environments. A clear communicator able to collaborate closely with non‑technical stakeholders. 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack or back‑end engineering, ideally in a fast‑moving start‑up. Strong grasp of software architecture patterns, API design (REST/GraphQL), and database normalisation. Confident with TypeScript/Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and cloud environments (AWS, Vercel, or similar). Familiar with version control, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and testing best practices. Understanding of data security, encryption, and privacy standards. Able to work effectively within CET (±3 hours). Available full‑time (no multi‑job arrangements).
