About the Position

In this position, you will report to the Production Manager and be based in our office in Regensdorf.

Your Responsibilities

1. Alignment and assembly of complex laser systems.
2. Detailed production recording.
3. Quality inspection and measurement of sub-components used for our laser systems.

Key Interactions

1. Close collaboration and interaction with the Production team.
2. Interface with the Electronics department.
3. Interface with Purchasing for repair coordination and incoming raw material used in production.
4. Interface with the engineering team for new product introduction and engineering support.

Qualifications - Skills – Experience

1. Education with a technical background (Technician TS or equivalent).
2. Experience in the alignment of complex laser systems.
3. Technical experience in optics, photonics, or equivalent is a plus.
4. Familiarity with basic electrical and optical measurements.
5. Experience in a clean room environment.
6. Experience with Quality Management systems is a plus.
7. Ability to follow, read, and listen to work instructions in English.
8. Knowledge and experience with the MS Office suite.
9. Self-motivated team player.
10. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
