About ALBA Sourdough Pizza

Located in the vibrant heart of Kreis 3 in Zurich, our concept is enriched by the presence of AULUS, our 159-year-old sourdough starter, symbolizing a legacy of craftsmanship. Our unique network of producers plays a crucial role in creating a more sustainable food system. We uphold our commitment to exceptional quality by directly importing ingredients from our producers, eliminating middlemen, and ensuring unparalleled quality.

We are seeking a passionate Bar Employee, hourly waged (2 days a week) starting in Mid-April, to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests.

Your mission

  • You embody ALBA's values: you adopt a warm, smiling and professional attitude towards guests, help your colleagues during service and display a "problem solver" attitude.
  • You manage the bar, clean as you go, and for opening and closing.
  • Guarantor for the quality of the service on site: You ensure an "Alba-style" service and are responsible for the accuracy of the service.
  • You are responsible for the speed of the service and accuracy of products.
  • Guarantee the well-being of guests during their time with us: you ensure a warm welcome and contribute to providing the best customer experience at every stage of the service.
  • Guarantor for the optimisation of the average order value: you master the knowledge of our products.
  • You engage in communication with the management team by effectively communicating needs, ideas and concerns to continuously improve ALBA.

  • A radiant smile.
  • Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit.
  • Unlimited passion for hospitality, cocktails, pizza and Italian-inspired cuisine.
  • Previous experience as a bartender is required.
  • English knowledge at an advanced level.
  • Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities and grow with Mimo-Hospitality.
