  • Das Erstellen und Publizieren von Stelleninseraten und fachliche Unterstützung bei den Rekrutierungsprozessen inkl. Kontaktpflege mit Dritten sowie HR-Marketing.
  • Die Kommunikation von internen HR-Themen in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
  • Allgemeine HR-Prozessoptimierungen, Vorbereitung der Partner- und Mitarbeitergespräche, Mitarbeit und Umsetzung von internationalen strategischen Prozessen.

Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als Sachbearbeiter/in Personalwesen und hast von Vorteil eine Weiterbildung als Payroll Specialist absolviert. Bringst du erste Berufserfahrung mit, vorzugsweise in ähnlicher Funktion? Bist du flexibel, dienstleistungsorientiert, arbeitest selbständig, speditiv und exakt?
