Value Provider Program Manager Company: ABB Reports To: Channel Manager Role Overview: You will be globally responsible for leading the continued development and enhancement of B&R’s Value Provider Program, driving profitable growth through both existing and new channel partners. This includes coordinating and driving the development of the program’s value proposition, defining and optimizing related processes, contributing to the creation of dedicated sales enablement tools, and participating in partner growth initiatives. Core Responsibilities Develop and enhance the Value Provider Program (VPP) framework to strengthen engagement with channel partners. Streamline and improve VPP lifecycle processes, incorporating feedback from sales teams and partners. Contribute to the global sales channel strategy, including policies on segmentation, tiers, pricing, and eligibility. Enhance the VPP’s value proposition to ensure competitive benefits for channel partners. Ensure effective communication, promotion, and training for channels, supported by documentation and playbooks. Support business reviews, forecasting, and KPI monitoring for Value Providers, including authorization management. Collaborate across teams (sales, marketing, product, legal) to create enablement tools and partner-focused initiatives. Ensure compliance with integrity standards within VPP and assist in contract negotiations. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree (MSc) in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage. Experience: Over 5 years in B2B channel business, specifically within Partner Programs. Skills: Ability to motivate and lead multicultural teams, navigate and drive change in international settings, and translate front-end requirements into actionable steps. Attributes: Results-oriented, self-driven, resilient, energetic, and open to continuous improvement and constructive change. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally to support program success.
