Als Head of Health & Safety übernimmst du die gesamtverantwortliche Koordination und Beratung des Managements, der Arbeitnehmer, der Sicherheitsvertrauenspersonen und der Belegschaftsvertreter in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes. Du koordinierst die internen Health & Safety Manager sowie die externen Sicherheits-Dienstleister/Gutachter/Behördenvertreter auf dem Gebiet der Arbeitssicherheit für die DACH-Region, Polen und Tschechien. Du definierst Standards und Prozesse zum Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutz und begleitest und kontrollierst die Umsetzung.

Aufgaben:
  • Übergreifende Koordination von internen SFK´s sowie externen Partnern für alle TSI Büro- und Betriebstätten der DACH Region, Polen und Tschechien in Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Abstimmungen mit den Behörden
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Arbeitsinspektorat (ausgenommen Arbeitszeitvergehen) und zum Unfallverhütungsdienst der AUVA
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits
  • Prozessdefinition und laufende Prozessoptimierung für alle H&S Prozesse
  • Kontinuierliches und eigenständiges Verbessern der Sicherheitsevaluierungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Überprüfung der sicherheitstechnischen Unterweisungen neuer Mitarbeiter
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft gemäß §74 ASchG und Kompetenz im Bereich Brandschutz und Gefahrengut
  • Strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Gestaltungs- und Durchsetzungswille
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Proaktivität sowie kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Führungskompetenz, idealerweise Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung
  • Kommunikationssicheres Englisch

Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Gehalt, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgrundgehalt Brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt pro Jahr 65.433 Euro.
