IPS is hiring Global leader in Engineering is looking to hire a passionate and talented Electrical Engineer to join our growing Swiss team in Basel

At IPS, you will apply your knowledge, skills, and passion to make a difference in the lives of people, solving complex technical challenges related to projects within the life sciences industry. As Electrical Engineer you will be providing planning and design support, applying your educational training, creativity and expertise to tackle engineering challenges and execute tasks as assigned.


YOUR ROLE

  • Technical responsibility in defining Electrical systems for bioprocess facilities
  • Analysis, definition, specification and documentation of client requirements for Electrical Equipment
  • Design leadership of Electrical systems from concept to execution
  • Working as part of a design team on technically challenging bioprocess projects

Qualifications & Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in electrical engineering
  • 3+ years of Electrical engineering design experience; Life Science industry exposure is a +
  • Knowledge of French or German electrical code and safety standards, Swiss code is a +
  • Knowledge in CAD softwares (such as Autocad, Revit, Caneco) is a plus.
  • Experience with design of building electrical systems, such as: building service, power distribution, Emergency systems, lighting, fire alarm, security and other low voltage systems.
  • Fluent in French and/or German and English (B1+)
