Working with an extensive network of partners and business development offices in Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East, we offer comprehensive, fully customized solutions for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of aircraft engines, airframes and components sales business including technical support to over 500 customers worldwide. As a Compliance Engineer (40%) you will support our Safety & Regulatory Compliance function by maintaining regulatory alignment, managing compliance processes and acting as an interface to aviation authorities. You will ensure that standards, authorisations and procedures remain up to date, effective, and fully compliant with the applicable regulations. Possible increase to 80–100% after 12 months.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update company standards, procedures and manuals in line with aviation regulatory requirementsCoordinate and close internal/external audit findings through corrective and preventive actionsManage capability lists, company authorisations and stamps, ensuring accurate records and approvalsApprove and monitor subcontractors to maintain compliance and regulatory readinessAct as point of contact with aviation authorities (FOCA, UK CAA, ECAA), preparing and maintaining certification documentationConduct internal and external audits covering safety, quality and complianceSupport and deliver training sessions (web-based or classroom) on compliance and related subjectsQualificationsTechnical degree (EQF level 4+) in aerospace, mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in regulatory/compliance functionsStrong knowledge of civil aviation regulations (EASA continuing airworthiness preferred)Experience with compliance audits, certification processes, or quality assurance systemsStrong analytical, organisational and project management skills; deadline-orientedProficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or Q-Pulse is an advantageExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English (C1); German is a plusWe offerWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
