En tant que Test Manager chez IVY Partners, vous serez en charge de :

  • Comprendre les besoins métiers et IT
  • Préparer les plans de test et utiliser les outils de testing disponibles
  • Mettre en place, exécuter et analyser les campagnes de tests
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe nearshore pour l'automatisation des tests
  • Détecter, suivre les défauts logiciels, et assurer une amélioration continue
  • Travailler avec le chef de groupe Testing afin d'améliorer le catalogue des services Testing
  • Définir les stratégies et plans de tests dans des projets complexes, y compris l'analyse des risques et les plans de mitigation
  • Encadrer plusieurs Test analysts et coordonner l'exécution des tests au sein de programme d'envergure
  • Préparer les KPIs et le reporting sur l'avancement des tests et la qualité des livrables
  • Devenir le pilier du Groupe Testing, en garantissant l'application des standards et le développement de nos services en collaboration avec des Test managers, Test analysts, Test leads et Test Automaticiens
  • Représenter les valeurs Testing, en vous assurant des meilleures pratiques

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en Test Manager.
  • Compétences en automatisation de tests avec outils ou langages de programmation (TOSCA).
  • Expérience en tests d'API ou tests d'interfaces web.
  • Bonnes connaissances en tests non-fonctionnels, BDD & TDD, Xray, intégration continue, un atout.
  • Aptitude à dialoguer à la fois avec des profils techniques, tels que des développeurs, et avec des profils métier comme des Product owners ou des Business analysts.
  • Capacité de défendre les standards de testing (ISTQB) et à démontrer de belles compétences de leadership et de pilotage pour mener des projets d'envergure.
  • Maîtrise du français (B2 min) et de l'anglais (B2 min) à l'oral et à l'écrit.
