Activités opérationnelles QC Support :

  1. Être l'expert des processus sous notre responsabilité (matières premières, eau, gaz et suivi environnemental)
  2. Soutenir l'équipe d'échantillonnage dans toutes les activités opérationnelles (réception des échantillons, aliquotage, échantillonnage des utilities, HVAC, Gazs et corrections des dossiers de travail)
  3. Soutenir et améliorer le processus d'expédition et le processus de réception des résultats entre le QC Support et les laboratoires externes
  4. Participer aux projets locaux d'amélioration liés à l'activité d'échantillonnage
  5. Assurer le suivi et la réception des commandes au QC

Activités compliance QC Support:

  1. Ouvrir les déviations liées à nos activités
  2. Remonter tous les points bloquants et évènements inattendus rencontrés lors des activités

Qualifications :

  1. Diplômé en sciences (chimie, biologie) ou au moins 1 an d'expérience en environnement GMP
  2. Expérience dans le contrôle de la qualité et les systèmes de qualité
  3. Bonnes connaissances en management visuel
  4. Connaissance des BPF applicables
  5. Parle couramment le français et très bien l'anglais
  6. Avoir un esprit de collaboration avec le niveau approprié de service client
  7. Comprendre en détail toutes les activités menées dans le groupe et son rôle dans le contexte du site global et des processus QC
  8. Savoir utiliser l'outil de résolution de problèmes et s'assurer de son utilisation dans le groupe
  9. Axé sur les résultats et une attitude 'peut faire', aidant l'organisation à atteindre des objectifs ambitieux dans les délais
  10. Autonome et fiable, très motivé
  11. Être orienté pour satisfaire les besoins des clients
  12. Communication collaborative et positive au sein de l'équipe et avec les partenaires/clients
  13. Recherche d'implantation proactive de nouvelles technologies, de nouvelles bonnes pratiques et d'amélioration continue pour l'équipe
