Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain flows, business rules, Script Includes, and client/server scripts. Enhance and optimise existing ServiceNow modules for performance and scalability. Build integrations with external systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Microsoft Graph API, Intune). Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and governance best practice. Collaborate with ITSM/ITOM teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Skills & Experience: 5+ years’ ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB). Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, update sets, scoped applications, and ATF. Knowledge of CMDB data models and ITOM practices. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across global teams.
