Koality is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician specializing in refrigeration on behalf of our client in Basel. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems in a dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform independent maintenance, inspections, and upgrades of HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues within assigned systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HVAC-related concerns.
  • Manage and coordinate tasks with external contractors.
  • Take specialized responsibility for refrigeration and cooling systems.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, both digital and paper-based.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation team (68 weeks per year).

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a refrigeration technician or in building services engineering.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in the operational maintenance of building systems, particularly HVAC systems.
  • Valid drivers license (Category B).
