Full Stack Developer, LearnWith.AI (Remote) - $100,000/year USD Join us as a Full Stack Developer at Crossover. Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $50.00/hr. Are you a Full‑Stack Engineer energized by tackling intricate problems and shipping features that matter? Your focus will be on exceptional execution, guaranteeing that our platforms remain scalable, maintainable, and meaningful. Products You’ll Build TeachTap – Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok‑style learning interface. TeachTales – Captivates learners through custom, enchanting narratives that enhance understanding. TimeBack – Serves as a learning companion integrated into existing tools, offering proactive student guidance. Athena – Employs AI‑created videos and assessments to produce measurable educational results. What You Will Be Doing Design & deploy full‑stack capabilities: translate user stories from concept to outcome, validate requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, test thoroughly, and release to production. Identify & resolve defects: diagnose problems using root‑cause methodology, address underlying issues, and prevent regressions through intelligent testing strategies. Elevate code standards: review designs and pull requests to guarantee clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt at its source. What You Won’t Be Doing Creating pixel‑perfect interfaces or intricate backend systems purely for complexity’s sake. Executing specifications mechanically without comprehending the underlying challenge. Spending time in prolonged meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Merely delivering features; you’ll own solving genuine problems. Key Responsibilities Apply AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, deploys rapidly, and remains sustainable over time. Basic Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework). Proven ownership: track record of owning entire modules, product capabilities, or teams, beyond performing isolated tasks. Self‑directed execution: ability to remove your own blockers, manage your own velocity, and navigate forward in uncertain contexts. Practical experience utilizing generative AI as part of your regular development workflow. We are a remote‑first company that hires globally via Crossover. Working with Us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
