Business Analyst



Vos missions principales :


  • analyser et challenger les process métiers au regard des contraintes opérationnelles et techniques pour les optimiser et/ou les automatiser (via RPA),
  • rédiger les expressions de besoin et les spécifications fonctionnelles,
  • participer ou suivre les projets d’évolutions du domaine du trafic des paiements (Instant payment, ISO 20022, Swift gpi, …) en assurant le rôle d’interface entre le métier et l’IT,
  • élaborer les cahiers de test en collaboration avec les responsables d’applications et les métiers,
  • accompagner les collaborateurs du Département dans la gestion du changement induit par les évolutions réglementaires, technologiques et par les projets,
  • documenter les procédures.

Votre profil :


  • formation universitaire,
  • expérience dans le domaine des paiements ou dans le domaine des Titres et des opérations de Marché,
  • expérience dans le domaine de l’optimisation et de l'automatisation des processus,
  • autonomie, orientation solutions et curiosité,
  • esprit de synthèse et d’analyse, capacités relationnelles,
  • maitrise d'excel et idéalement des macros,
  • parfaite maîtrise du français, connaissance de l’anglais et de l'allemand (niveau B2).
