We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, communicative teachers dedicated to making learning an interactive and engaging experience. At Plunge, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized language teaching that empowers our students to reach their full potential. While our primary focus is not solely on speaking courses, we are currently seeking instructors who can lead our monthly/weekly speaking sessions in Zurich/Zug. Additionally, there will be exciting opportunities to extend your teaching expertise to corporate clients, children, and general language courses in the future. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Speaking Courses: Conduct interactive speaking sessions tailored for adult learners, fostering confidence and clear communication.
- Adapt Teaching Methods: Utilize creative and effective instructional strategies that encourage active participation and learner engagement.
- Future Opportunities: Potential to expand your role to include teaching corporate clients, children, and general language courses as our program grows.
- Feedback Integration: Collect and incorporate student feedback to continuously improve the learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Teaching Experience: Proven experience in teaching speaking courses or language instruction for adult learners.
- Passion for Education: A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to interactive, learner-centered instruction.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication abilities to engage diverse groups.
- Adaptability: Comfort with a freelance role that offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to work with various audiences.
- Certifications: Relevant teaching certifications and a degree in the related field are highly valued.
- Location Requirement: Must be available to conduct sessions in Zurich/Zug.
