In doing so, we operate and manage several online platforms in Switzerland: cashyou, the largest advantage app for young people, reaches adolescents and students through exclusive benefits during their education. This way, we connect national and international brands with potential customers at just the right time.
We are looking for reliable and flexible employees who enjoy working in a young, dynamic team and help us achieve the success of our ambitious goals with a structured approach.

Responsibilities:
  • You acquire new and existing partners in the French speaking part of Switzerland to initiate campaigns on our platforms.
  • You ensure a smooth execution of the campaigns.
  • You support current partners and create an annual plan together with them.
  • You monitor the revenue of your campaigns and take responsibility for achieving the target revenue.
  • You develop a marketing plan for the introduction of various campaigns.
  • You analyze the offerings of your partners to fully exploit their potential, always keeping an eye on the current market and competition.
Qualifications:
  • You have excellent communication skills in French and German. A good level of English is a plus.
  • You are persuasive and assertive and have a good feel for working with different stakeholder groups in a dynamic team.
  • You are currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • You work precisely, quickly, and independently, and are characterized by a high degree of reliability, resilience, and responsibility.
  • You are confident and experienced in using MS Office and have an affinity for IT.
