Working with an extensive network of partners and business development offices in Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East, we offer comprehensive, fully customized solutions for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of aircraft engines, airframes and components sales business including impeccable technical support to over 500 customers worldwide. Our mission: We safely power your flight. Responsibilities Provide administration and supervision of external partners on site. Create calibration instructions, process maps, technical templates (process parameter sheets, machine setup, etc.) and work instructions. Maintain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) dossiers, TTE (Tool and Test Equipment equivalency documentation according to Arinc 668 standard) and GEM (Ground Equipment Manuals). Maintain SAP equipment database (ZITOOL). Implement LEAN by executing 5S, Kanban and Root Cause Analysis. Execute simple mechanical and manufacturing tasks. Design and modify equipment which is not COTS (commercial of the shelf). Promote research & development for supported processes. Assure cost reduction of supported processes, by automation and other efficiency improvements. Qualifications Bachelor or Master’s in engineering, aviation or equivalent. Working experience in aerospace industry or equivalent industrial environment. MRO and/or Engine know‑how desired. Design and drawing of components with CAD, desirable experience with Fusion 360. Strong in MS Office, in particular Excel, and SAP. Fluent in German (Level C1) and English (Level B2). Benefits We offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
