Java Developer - Actico Platform vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications
- Operating and maintaining IT services within defined SLAs, including monitoring service dependencies
- Managing deployment pipelines and performing deployments across different environments
- Supporting operational tasks, ensuring system stability, and resolving technical issues
- Collaborating with team members on service operation, support, and maintenance responsibilities
- Utilizing experience with Business Rule Engines, preferably Actico Platform, to enhance service functionality
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, focusing on CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitLab, Octopus, Helm Charts, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux/RHEL 8 environments
- Expertise in system engineering and development utilizing the JAVA technology stack
- Strong experience with Oracle Database and SQL, along with understanding of integrating RESTful web services
- Hands-on experience with Eclipse IDE for development and debugging, as well as familiarity with the Actico Platform
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Language skills: English
