Consultant/e Lean Management & Amélioration Continue Tu as l’esprit Lean et une vraie envie de faire bouger les lignes ? Temps plein, 100%, mission de 6 mois potentiellement prolongeable sur le long terme. Type de travail: Mission A propos du rôle Pour notre client, une société horlogère de luxe, nous recherchons un·e Consultant·e Lean & Amélioration Continue pour une mission de 6 mois, avec possibilité de prolongation sur le long terme. Ton rôle consistera à piloter et soutenir le déploiement d’un Système de Management Intégré (SMI), à accompagner les équipes dans la démarche Lean / Excellence Opérationnelle, et à contribuer à l’adoption des outils collaboratifs digitaux au sein de l’organisation. Piloter le déploiement de la démarche Lean et Excellence Opérationnelle sur ton périmètre Animer le réseau d’amélioration continue et favoriser le partage de bonnes pratiques Réaliser des audits et analyses de processus pour identifier des pistes d’optimisation Concevoir et animer des formations autour des outils et méthodes Lean Participer à la transformation digitale (Digital Workplace, outils collaboratifs, accompagnement des utilisateurs) Collaborer avec les équipes transverses (Qualité, IT, Référentiels, etc.) Formation supérieure (Master ou diplôme d’ingénieur·e) Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet et amélioration continue Solides bases en méthodologies Lean (5S, Kaizen, VSM, etc.) Aisance dans la conduite du changement et l’animation d’équipes transverses Excellent sens relationnel, écoute active et capacité à fédérer À l’aise avec les outils numériques et de gestion de projet (Excel, PowerPoint, Monday, etc.) Langue de travail : français (anglais un plus) Tu es à la fois rigoureux·se, diplomate et curieux·se.
