Job Description

As a Security Officer:

  • You represent order and security.

  • You are proactive and analytical.

You are responsible for:

  • Patrolling the security premises.
  • Monitoring access to secure areas.
  • Supervising and protecting sensitive data.
  • Evacuating and initiating emergency measures.
  • Leading a team of two to six agents.
  • Preparing and reviewing reports.
  • Adjusting shift schedules in case of personnel shortages.
Qualifications

For this role, you must:

  • Have experience in the security field.
  • Be willing to work irregular hours (3-shift operation, including night and weekend shifts).
  • Be familiar with modern technology and possess proficient computer skills.
  • Be fluent in German, both spoken and written (minimum level A2), and have very good English skills (level B2).
  • Hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record.
