Who You Are

You are organized, flexible, hands-on, and most importantly willing to learn and develop your professional expertise. You are interested in supporting our product legal team in managing a growing number of complex transactions, and are willing to help structure and streamline our operating processes.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Due diligence on counterparties and products/investments.
  • Conducting periodic risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Managing the relationship with business partners in terms of compliance requirements.
  • Participation in firm-wide projects regarding automation and client-related tools.
What You Bring
  • Bachelors in law.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Precise, organized, and reliable working style.
  • Able to work well autonomously and in a team, and a good team player who can integrate and work in a multicultural team/environment.
  • Experienced with MS Office tools.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English, any other language will be an advantage.
