Your missions:
- Design and develop high-quality information systems
- Work on the evolution of state machines
- Participate in refactoring and upgrades to keep the code base up to date
- Contribute to the reliability of the software by writing robust unit tests
- Code maintenance and adaptation to alternative technologies
- Code documentation and review
- BS/MS degree in computer science or equivalent
- Working knowledge of English and French (spoken and written)
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development
- 3+ years of professional experience in Java and Gradle
- Excellent knowledge in OO concepts, design patterns, and testing
- Knowledge of data serialization tools like Flatbuffer and Protobuf
- Experience in server-side request validation and databases
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and find efficient, scalable solutions.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Works well within a team, contributing to discussions and assisting colleagues.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
- Providing constructive feedback and promoting a positive engineering culture.
